Hemangi Jagdish Kakade, a 24-year-old Creative Head with roots in the Marathi film industry and a background in assistant direction. My creative journey began behind the scenes — supporting directors with continuity, artist coordination, and script supervision — on films like Narya, Shivbhakt, Fakaat, and web series such as Yedyacha Bajaar and Salsud.

Over time, my role evolved from managing execution to shaping the creative direction of projects — overseeing visual tone, story structure, and team collaboration. Today, I lead creative development for films, digital series, advertisements, and social campaigns, aligning storytelling with vision and audience engagement.
